The main difference between free hosting and paid hosting (shared and reseller) is the level of support that you'll receive.
If you notice on the pages now, that free hosting now has 'limited' support and paid hosting has 'priority' support. Those on the free plans will still be able to receive support from me, however it can take up to 24 hours to get a response. A general rule of thumb is that basically, paid hosting client will naturally get support preference.
In addition, on selected paid plans, clients are entitled to a free Backup Manager license, valid for the life of their account.
